1. Shipping
We offer free shipping across India with no additional handling charges.
🌍 International Shipping
We also provide international shipping to selected countries.
- Shipping charges: Flat $40 USD or calculated at checkout
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance
- Any custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer
2. Order Processing
We fulfil orders as soon as you place them.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours (working days).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- 🇮🇳 India: 2–7 business days
- 🌍 International: 7–15 business days (may vary due to customs or location)
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
4. Exchanges / Returns / Refunds

- We accept returns/exchanges only for defective or damaged products
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- The video must be shared within 12 hours of delivery

- Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer

🔁 Replacement / Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send a replacement
- If the product is out of stock:
- We will try to arrange it
- If not possible → Refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
❌ Important Notes
- Returns are not accepted for personal preferences or change of mind
- As per company policy, no refund is provided for products delivered in good condition
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
